چکیده
Abstract Background Premature ovarian failure (POF)/premature insufficiency (POI) is characterized by disrupting function under 40 years old. A major health problem of this disorder female infertility. There are no proven treatments to increase the rate pregnancy with autologous oocytes in these patients. This review aims summarize our present knowledge about POI-induced infertility and highlight importance future researches discovery diagnostic biomarkers treatment patients disorder. Methods literature was carried out using PubMed Google Scholar databases relevant keywords, such as POI, POF, premature failure, insufficiency, biomarkers. Results Two hundred three studies were included study following search for keywords. Titles abstracts identified articles evaluated detecting full-length articles. Conclusion Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level appears have considerable value a test but it not reliable enough be able predict accurately timing onset impending POI. Using an accurate biomarker, POI can diagnosed early that concerned done on time. Biomarkers combination other tests could result prediction before development complete failure.
